Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy


Membership Cancellation by the Armenian Bar Association


The Armenian Bar Association reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Armenian Bar Association. If the Armenian Bar Association refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.


Membership Cancellation by Participant


Membership cancellations received within 10 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund of the membership fee. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.


Cancellations received after the above-mentioned deadline will not be eligible for a refund.


All benefits received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the Armenian Bar Association.


All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.


Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.


These above policies apply to all the Armenian Bar Association membership types unless otherwise noted in the corresponding membership materials. Please read all individual membership information thoroughly.

Armenian Bar Association Event Refund/Cancellation Policy


Event Cancellation by Sponsor


The Armenian Bar Association reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If the Armenian Bar Association cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.


If the event is postponed under certain circumstances, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.


Registration Cancellation by Participant


Unless stated on individual event registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 business days before the event. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.


Cancellations received after the mentioned deadline will not be eligible for a refund.


All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.


Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
